A pioneer and a risk-taker, Peggy Guggenheim was an Uber-Collector who had a staggering impact on art in the 20th century. The work of Rothko, Motherwell, Pollack, and other artists she helped champion, can be viewed at the Palazzo Venier Del Leoni, her former home in Venice.

A Collection of Short Stories by Ernest Hemmingway
This collection was written by Mr. Hemmingway before his suicide in 1961. It’s a wonderful memoir of his years spent in Paris in the 1920’s. He writes as much about his adventures , as of his early dedication, experimentation, and growth as a writer.
